The Management Department offers an intensive doctoral program with three core specializations: Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior and Theory, and Strategy. By applying social science disciplines and rigorous research methods to complex management challenges, the program prepares students for high-level academic careers in top research institutions. Working independently and closely with the Department’s faculty, students receive rigorous training in current field debates and research methods, including research design and data collection. The program culminates with a dissertation that reflects their unique scholarly curiosity and represents a significant contribution to management knowledge.
