In a world reshaped by technological disruption, ecological transition, and geopolitical realignment, the Management Department at ESSEC Business School tackles these challenges with a core commitment to rigorous scholarship, pedagogy, citizenship, and engagement with practice.

The department brings together more than 30 faculty members from over 15 nationalities, with expertise in strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, organizational theory, organizational behavior, and human resources. Complementing our research faculty, seven Professors of Management Practice bring extensive senior executive experience into our teaching and research conversations.
